Real quick! A few days ago, my original (2011-2012) Integral Qigong and Tai Chi teacher Roger Jahnke, Doctor of Oriental Medicine prepared two new videos as a way to—sure—address the Coronavirus crisis we find ourselves in, but as much to promote everyday resilience and wellness practice. The first video is an 85-minute, information dense lecture on various ways in many domains to boost immune functioning. The second is an hourlong Qigong practice session. Links to both are below. I now have a Zoom account and am gearing up to provide online Qigong sessions, maybe even daily next week and most of the following, since I'm home anyway (the remainder of my vacation).
