A return to the "urban wilderness" is imminent!
You're looking south. Just beyond the far trees, the Glendale Freeway and then 3 miles on, Dodger Stadium. To the immediate east, the Golden State Freeway, Los Angeles River, and Taylor Train Yard. To the north, buzzy little Atwater Village. To the west, busy big Glendale Blvd. and the Silver Lake Reservoir. Who could imagine such a quiet expanse of undeveloped property: an urban wilderness? A perfect, secret site for Integral Qigong and Tai Chi.
Weekly in-person sessions—in response to several requests—will begin on Saturday, September 11, 9:00-10:00AM, in the shade of a giant pepper tree. You'll need to email me for directions: MindBodyLosAngeles@gmail.com.
To make space for these Saturday happenings, I am discontinuing my Monday online sessions. The Tuesday through Friday sessions will continue with a slight time change. Here's the rundown:
Thursdays ***AT A NEW TIME!***, 10:00AM
The Zoom links are different each day. To find them, follow the "Qigong and Tai Chi" tab on the home page or click here.

Please join us, even if you are not in a position to contribute monetarily. (Money is not the only medium with which generosity may be extended.) Members of any of the neighborhood chapters of the Arroyo S.E.C.O. Network of Time Banks may transfer one “time dollar” to the Silver Lake Time Bank account in hOurworld. Enrollment is also available via Trade School Los Angeles, an organization that provides barter-based instruction in a myriad of subjects. See their eventbrite page here.)
